The Golbarg office building, with an area of 4,500 square meters, has been designed and constructed in 11 floors.
This building includes 4 basement levels, one commercial floor, and 6 office floors.
Its structure has been executed using the top-down method, and the ceilings have been implemented with the help of Cobiax technology.
The façade of the building has been designed using brick materials. With a varied arrangement of the bricks, an effort has been made to create a blend of modernity and tradition in the building's appearance.
This arrangement of solid and void spaces (known as Fakhromadin) not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the play of light and shadow in the interior space, softening the otherwise dry office environment.
