The design is free from unnecessary decorations, emphasizing functionality and open spaces.
The façade features a dual-shell structure, which offers several advantages:
The panels create a dynamic interaction of light and shadow on both the façade and the interior throughout different times of the day.
The exterior is adorned with CNC-cut iron sheets, embellished with geometric patterns inspired by Iranian designs that expand parametrically from the bottom of the panel to the top.
The rhythmic pattern of the parametric panels adds visual appeal.
These panels open and close in a zigzag manner, creating a dynamic façade that always maintains a fluid appearance.
The dominant white color gives the building a light and pleasant feel, harmonizing with the surrounding urban environment.
Large windows provide ample natural light, while the arrangement of trees and landscaping around the building enhances visual attractiveness and creates a sustainable environment.
The design, with its intricate appearance, clean lines, and minimalistic aesthetics, fosters a sense of tranquility and order.
